Our Story

Cattycards was born from two whiskered muses — Mishka and Winter, our beloved rescue cats. From the moment they padded into our lives, they brought warmth, mischief, and inspiration in equal measure. Every stretch, purr, and head-tilt sparked an idea, and before long, their charm had found its way onto paper.

But Mishka and Winter were not our only muses. Through stories, travels, and postcards sent by fellow cat lovers, we discovered a whole world of whiskered wonders — from café cats in Paris to alleyway charmers in Rome, from sunbathing beach cats in Greece to comfort connoisseurs in Finland. Each one carried its own magic, its own tale.

Designed and based in New Zealand, Cattycards blends our two passions: the endless magic of cats and the timeless beauty of snail mail.
